Dear Friend,

Don't quit and don't give up! Keep the faith and you will ...your storm will pass over!

1 Peter 5:6-10 states, "therefore, humble yourselves, demote, lower yourselves in your own estimation, under the mighty hand of God, that in due time, He may exalt you. Casting all the whole of your care, all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns once and for all on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. Be well balanced, temperate, sober of mind, be vigilant and cautious at all times, for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring, in fierce hunger, seeking someone to seize upon and devour. Withstand him; be firm in faith against his onset, rooted, established, strong immovable and determined, knowing the same, identical suffering are appointed to your brotherhood, the whole body of Christians throughout the world, and afer you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who impacts all blessing and favor, who has called you to his own eternal glory in Christ Jesus, will himself and make you ought to be, establish and ground you securely and strengthen and settle you."

These scriptures show how we are to live a life in God's care. You are God's concern. He cares for you. You can learn how to live in God's care. The reason we need to learn this is because we have an adversary the devil, who wants to bring you suffering/afflictions until you are completely destroyed. The whole body of Christ can agree that no one is executed from his (Satan) attacks. There may be things you are going through that other brethren and sisters of faith are also experiencing. The scripture states that he (satan) is in fierce hunger to devour (to eat up someone he can seize). The good news is he has already been defeated by Jesus Christ and he can remain defeated by Jesus Christ and he can remain defeated by you living in God's care. It is so good to know that there is  a plan for all of us in times of trouble. When you are in God's care the devil is resisted. God knows how to deliver the Godly in times of trouble.

It is time for God to settle, restore, re-establish and put you on a secure foundation and to shape you into the person he has called you to be. I love you and I want you to succeed in life. My goal in writing this letter is to inform you to place yourself in God's care. Whatever it is finance, sickness, persecution, it is over! You are now in God's care.

First, humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God that in due time he may exalt us. Humble yourself means to lower your ability or power to someone else. Humble in greek means to bring low, humility of mind. Phil 2:5-10 states, "let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus who being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God. But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant and was made in the likness of men and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross, wherefore God also highly exalted him and given him a name which is above every name.

Jesus Christ was equal with God however, he humbled himself, took a servant form and due to his obedience he was made into the likeness of men unto death, even the death of the cross. What Jesus did was show us humbleness, he showed us genuine humility through his actions. When we try to fix our own problems or think we can get ourselves out of what we are in that is not showing a sign of humility, that is clearly pride. When people think that they can make it without God, they are prideful. Showing any signs of pride will not put you in God's care, but this will cause him (God) to resist you.

1 Peter 5:5 states, "for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. God will exalt us in due time." God's favor and blessing is given to the humble. Learn to clothe yourself in humility. Here's how...Psalm 35:11-13 states, "false witnesses did rise up: they laid to my charge things I know not. They rewarded my evil for good to the spoiling of my soul, bot as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sack cloth: I humbled my soul with fasting: and my prayer returned into mine own bosom." The second thing that can place us in God's care is by casting all of your care upon him: for he careth for you. Cast all of your anxieties, worries, concerns, and burdens on him. Psalm 55:22, states "cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he will sustain thee. Casting means to throw it all on him. When we through all of our cares on God we are releasing the weight of our problems off of us onto him. As long as we hold all of our issues, God cannot do his part. God wants to sustai us - hold us up that we don't fall or fail. Once we have cast our cares onto the Lord, it is no longer our concern. We should worry no more, it is in God's care. It is the Lord's duty to care for you. God will help you become all that you need to be and place you on secure grounds. Praise the Lord! (1 Peter 5:10)

Another way to enter into God's care is to be sober of mind and watcfully maintain self control. A sober mind is a sound and safe mind. A sound mind is able to make wise decisions because it is renewed. You cannot possess a sound mind if you are in fear. 2 Timothy 10:7 states, "For God hath not given us a spirit of fear but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 1 John 4:18 states, "there is no fear in love: but perfect love casteth out fear; because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. Satan traps and punishes people through fear. Don't allow fear to come into you. Be watchful and alert that you are in faith, you adapt faith from the Word of God. "Faith come by hearing and hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17). We can complete this life journey by faith. God did not give us fear, he gave us faith. The enemy brings fear, not God's word. It is vital to keep yourself under control at all times, controlled by God's word. God's Word will help you discover who and where you are.

Hebrews 4:12 states, "for the Word of God is quick, powerful and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and discerner of the thoughts - mind, and intents of the heart. The Word of God is over place of self control and it is a Holy place. Jude 20:21 states, "But ye beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith praying in the Holy Ghost. Beloved the last thing we need to do is be firm in faith, immovable, strong and rooted in faith." We resist or withstand the devil by being strong, rooted and immoveable in faith. Hebrews 11:1 states, "now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." Faith gives substanceo those things you are hoping for. What God is saying, faith is taking hold of the unseen realm of hope and bring it into the realm of reality. Faith is bringing what God's word says into reality, but faith is the evidence of things not seen but faith stems from God's word and grows from the Word of God. Faith will provide you with the assurance that you have what you need. 2 Corinthians 4:13, "states we having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed and therefore have I spoken: we also believe, and therefore speak. Faith is speaking on what the Word of God says. Faith doesn't talk doubt or unbelief. Faith doesn't talk the problem, it talks about the solution according to God's Word. Your faith will increase by continuing to hear God's Word. 1 Timothy 6:12 states, "fight the good fight of faith. Lay hold of eternal life." Fight! Build yourself up in God's word and the devil will flee from you. By faith you resist the devil. When you stand firm in your faith, God will perform his word.

Remember, 1 Peter 5:10 states after you have stand firm, rooted, immoveble in the faith, he will come and complete you and make you should be, restore you and put you on a secure foundation to strengthen you and settle you.

This is how you put yourself in God's care!

Love you & may God bless you,
